All my life, God has showed up when I needed Him most—even when I faced the impossible odds of surviving five cancers. I have worked as a technical writer and copywriter, as an art teacher, curriculum designer, and in lay leadership in the church. Whether I’m mentoring young women or teaching children, God’s redemptive love has been my steady source of strength. I live with my husband Charlie in California and enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren. I just released my first book, Bend Without Breaking: How Struggles Build a Resilient Faith, which offers strategies for building a strong and resilient faith no matter what you’re going through.
